Since May 2021, Paul Heider has been part of the marketing team of the high-rise project development ONE. The real estate expert accompanies prospective tenants from the first viewing of their future office space until they move in.
“In a very short time, I have met inspiring businesses and exciting people among our prospective tenants of the ONE,” Paul Heider sums up. “Today, companies are paying more attention to how they can work in a more ecologically conscious and climate-friendly way and are therefore increasingly requesting office solutions where great significance is given to the protection of the environment and resources. My goal is to advise companies in the best possible way.”
Like all current CA Immo project developments, ONE is being developed as a “Tomorrow Proof” building with a holistic future-proof concept in line with the company-wide ESG strategy. In the case of ONE, sustainability and environmental protection were given top priority from the early planning stage, which has a positive impact on both the resource-saving construction process and the operation of the building. Accordingly, the ONE was the first high-rise building in Germany to be awarded by the German Sustainable Building Council (DGNB) with a platinum pre-certificate.
Heider brings many years of experience as a marketer of high-quality office properties. He has worked as a real estate agent at Knight Frank and Avison Young, where he has advised both national and international clients on their leasing decisions.
“What excites me most about ONE is the campus character and the numerous options it offers our tenants.”
The ONE’s mix of uses has other advantages as well: for example, the hotel will have a conference centre that can also be used by the office tenants, so that they will have to set aside less space in their own areas for conference and meeting rooms. Furthermore, the hotel restaurant is also available to the office tenants. The highlight and crowning glory is the publicly accessible Skybar at a height of 185 metres. The stylish bar has a wrap-around terrace with a panoramic view over the skyline all the way to the Taunus mountains, which is unique in Frankfurt.
“For 2022, I am looking forward to acquiring more new tenants for the ONE, to the commissioning of the building, of course, and especially to being able to accompany the first tenants moving in. It is always something special to see the concepts become reality and to see a “piece of the city” come into being. Of course, I’m also looking forward to enjoying the end of the working day with my colleagues in the Skybar for the first time.”
